Semiconductors and Current Sensors from Russian Federation
They produce semiconductors of special materials. Their resistance has to be nearly among the resistance of a conductor and a non-conductor. Variations of temperature or used dashes also change the resistance.
The material is known to have admixtures if some other elements have been added to it. Semi-conductors are marked as power semiconductor devices of type-n or type-t due to the kind of final mixture.
The use of type-n and type-t semiconductors is used to make diodes and transistors. Usually silicon is applied to make semiconductors now.
Diode then is the electronic component produced of semiconductor material. It helps electrical current pass only in a single sense. In every diode there is a layer created of positive and negative elements (p- and n-) and of barrier level (or pn-transfer). Diodes create electrical schemes converting among direct and alternating current. As diodes let current go only in one sense only half of the series or cycle passes by. They name such a connection a rectifier.
As for the light diodes that figure as LED, they are used to generate light at little voltages not creating warmth. In personal computers, photo cameras and mobile telephones, various devices now one can see LED diodes as those diodes are applied to sign the standby state.
